TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EE Rogers SDA School

Welcome to EE Rogers SDA School (“the School”). These Terms and Conditions govern the enrollment, attendance, and participation of students and their families in school programs and activities. By enrolling a student, parents/guardians agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Admission

  • Admission is subject to the School’s policies, available space, and submission of all required documentation.

  • The School reserves the right to accept or deny admission at its discretion, consistent with applicable laws and its mission.

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

2. Tuition and Fees

  • Tuition and any applicable fees must be paid according to the School’s established schedule.

  • Late payments may result in penalties, restricted access to services, or possible suspension of enrollment.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the School.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Students are expected to attend school regularly and arrive on time.

  • Absences must be reported by a parent/guardian.

  • Continued excessive absences or tardiness may result in disciplinary action or review of enrollment status.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students must follow all School rules, policies, and behavioral expectations.

  • Respect for staff, fellow students, and School property is required at all times.

  • Bullying, harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

5. Academic Expectations

  • Students are expected to complete assignments, participate in class, and meet academic standards.

  • The School reserves the right to implement academic interventions or retention policies when necessary.

6. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must inform the School of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

  • The School may administer first aid or seek emergency medical care when necessary.

  • Students must comply with health policies, including immunization requirements where applicable.

7. Technology and Acceptable Use

  • Students must use School technology and internet resources responsibly.

  • Unauthorized access, misuse, or distribution of inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

  • The School reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance.

8. Photography and Media

  • The School may take photographs or videos for educational or promotional purposes.

  • Parents/guardians may opt out in writing if they do not wish their child to be included.

9. Liability

  • While the School takes reasonable precautions to ensure student safety, it is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property except where required by law.

  • Parents/guardians agree to release the School from liability for incidents occurring during normal school activities, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Withdrawal and Termination

  • Parents/guardians must provide written notice for student withdrawal.

  • The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment due to non-payment, misconduct, or violation of School policies.

11. Communication

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining updated contact information.

  • The School will communicate important information through official channels (e.g., email, letters, or school platforms).

12. Policy Changes

  • The School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee (or applicable jurisdiction).

14. Acknowledgment

By enrolling a student at EE Rogers SDA School, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
